Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns and projects aimed at promoting our products
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support product marketing activities
- Work hands-on with affiliate and content partners, finding new partners, briefing collaborators, tracking performance
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Assist in identifying potential partners and researching relevant topics, use cases, and customer insights
- Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Help plan, organize, and execute various online and offline events, including meetups, webinars, workshops, and conferences
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in managing large-scale marketing projects or campaigns
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in analyzing success metrics and using data to make decisions
- High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal English communication skills

Additional Information
- Gross salary from 3,000 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements. We’re always looking for experienced talent to raise the bar.
