Responsibilities
- Make our value tangible
- Build deep product knowledge and turn it into positioning that lands well before a demo.
- Draw on real customer outcomes to make Apaleo's impact concrete and credible across segments, verticals, and markets.
- Equip our commercial teams to win
- Develop the narratives and materials that help our commercial teams communicate Apaleo's value consistently across the full funnel, from first touch to close and beyond.
- Drive launches as a system
- Lead product launches and key market moments end to end.
- Brief and align all teams involved, ensure consistency across every touchpoint, and feed learnings back into product decisions.
- Secure AI leadership
- Strenghten and strategically expand our AI positioning as hospitality enters the age of Agentic AI - where autonomous agents handle everything from revenue optimisation to guest communication.
Requirements
- Vast experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a track record of building and owning positioning and messaging frameworks
- Ability to build deep product knowledge fast and turn it into narratives that make complex platform capabilities tangible for both technical and commercial audiences
- Proactive and collaborative across functions: you know how to align people, initiate new ways of working, and drive momentum across teams
- A genuine curiosity for new technology, particularly AI, and an appetite to stay ahead of where the market is heading
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Nice to Have
- Background in hospitality tech or a working knowledge of how properties operate and make technology decisions, which shortens the path to real depth significantly
- Familiarity with API-first or platform products and the ability to make technical architecture a compelling selling point
- Experience working in international markets, particularly in Europe (DACH, UK, FR)
- German or French language skills is a plus
