Responsibilities
- Drive revenue performance for products across the eCommerce journey by collaborating with Demand Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization teams to convert traffic into sales.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and market entries, aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Shape and refine how products are positioned, priced, and packaged to appeal to target customers and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the online product experience, including layout, product details, and checkout processes, working with CRO and Engineering to reduce friction and boost conversions.
- Use customer insights, performance data, and competitive analysis to guide product improvements, pricing decisions, and messaging strategies.
- Act as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure product offerings match market performance.
- Work with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing to deliver consistent, compelling messaging that supports customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation on integrated campaigns, aligning product messaging and promotions to attract qualified leads and increase revenue.
- Define and track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and revenue, using insights to guide optimization and executive decisions.
