Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing and packaging decisions with customer value, market positioning, and go-to-market outcomes.
- Drive the strategy and rollout of pricing and packaging initiatives in high-priority markets.
- Create messaging structures, training resources, and customer-facing content to support clear communication of usage-based pricing and credit models.
- Analyze input from customers, sales teams, market trends, and competitor data to uncover challenges in positioning and adoption.
- Work with Product teams to enhance in-product communication of pricing value and credit usage.
- Design repeatable tools and frameworks that help sales teams structure deals, demonstrate ROI, and manage pricing discussions.
- Partner with GTM Enablement to build training programs that boost seller confidence and reduce escalations.
- Leverage AI-driven workflows to improve messaging analysis, accelerate content creation, and increase efficiency in pricing communications.
Compensation
Cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under the company’s bonus plan. Some roles may qualify for equity through restricted stock units (RSUs) and overtime pay. Packages are based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
