Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for core platform features
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize development tasks
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Collaborate with UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization
- Partner with sales and customer success to understand client needs
- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain market relevance
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment on product goals
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product performance
- Present product updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Support go-to-market planning for new features
- Drive adoption of new functionality through internal enablement
- Resolve product-related escalations promptly
- Maintain detailed product documentation
- Evaluate third-party integrations for ecosystem expansion
- Represent product perspective in customer advisory sessions
