Responsibilities
- Gather operational insights and challenges from business units to inform product direction
- Ensure product scope and planning support broader organizational goals
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends
- Lead user research efforts, including A/B testing, experimentation, and user acceptance testing
- Manage and maintain the product roadmap with clear prioritization
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics for product outcomes
- Provide regular updates on roadmap adjustments and delivery progress
- Collaborate with UX and UI designers to shape product experience and specifications
- Develop detailed user stories with defined acceptance criteria alongside development teams
- Specify tracking, reporting, and non-functional requirements for each user story
- Work with teams to refine, schedule, and prioritize backlog items based on business impact
- Balance immediate business needs with technical sustainability and long-term product health
- Engage stakeholders consistently to maintain alignment on progress and priorities
- Support development and product peers in verifying that deliverables meet acceptance standards
- Travel occasionally to different office locations as needed
