Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leaders and department heads to shape the strategic direction of new tools and solutions that support business objectives
- Convert high-level business goals into tangible product initiatives that align technology development with organizational priorities
- Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from initial research and requirement definition to deployment, integration into operations, and ongoing refinement
- Serve as the communication link between business units and technical teams, ensuring consistent understanding, alignment, and visibility throughout the development process
- Evaluate current workflows to uncover opportunities for automation and lead the deployment of efficient, scalable solutions
- Work closely with business analysts, designers, and engineers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized projects or specific stages of product development when necessary
