Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and department leaders to shape the strategic direction of new tools and solutions that support organizational goals
- Convert high-level business objectives into tangible product initiatives that align technology with core business needs
- Manage end-to-end product development, from initial research and requirement definition to deployment, integration into workflows, and ongoing performance refinement
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to maintain clear communication, shared understanding, and consistent progress
- Evaluate current workflows to find areas where automation can improve efficiency and execute practical improvements
- Work jointly with analysts, designers, and developers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized projects or specific phases of product development
