Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives and department leaders to shape the vision for new digital tools that deliver measurable business impact
- Convert high-level strategic objectives into concrete product initiatives that align technology with organizational priorities
- Manage end-to-end product development, including discovery, requirements, launch, integration into workflows, and ongoing improvements
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and transparency throughout the product lifecycle
- Evaluate current workflows to find opportunities for automation and implement efficient solutions
- Work closely with analysts, designers, and engineers, while also taking independent ownership of specialized projects or phases as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-moving digital or technology-focused environment, with a record of successful deliveries
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing, refining, and transforming business processes digitally
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on using data to guide decisions
- Solid judgment in determining when to develop custom solutions versus solving problems through non-technical means
- Hands-on experience creating automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Skilled in using no-code or low-code platforms for rapid prototyping and validating ideas
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with experience working remotely across multiple time zones
- Fluent in spoken and written English
