Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth technical analysis of internal and partner APIs, covering data mapping, synchronization, authentication, API key management, edge cases, and compliance across more than 100 countries.
- Determine priority for integration and application development based on customer demand, product value, technical viability, operational effort, and potential for reuse.
- Act as the central link between engineering, design, operations, go-to-market, sales, customer experience, and external partners, translating requirements into precise technical specifications and driving delivery.
- Ensure high fidelity in data accuracy, synchronization consistency, error recovery, system monitoring, and long-term maintainability for integrations in live customer environments.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators related to technical performance, customer success, and business results, such as adoption rates, system reliability, retention, and satisfaction scores.
- Develop standardized frameworks, reference designs, and deployment guides to accelerate customer onboarding and integration adoption.
- Convert insights from integration projects into specific, actionable recommendations for improving APIs, command-line tools, and core product features.
