Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product vision for private credit operations
- Create and manage a prioritized roadmap to replace outdated systems and spreadsheet-dependent processes
- Advance development of an AI-first platform for loan operations
- Collaborate daily with Loan Operations and Fund Administration to understand real-world processes and challenges
- Convert complex domain requirements into scalable product solutions
- Continuously test and improve features based on actual user feedback and behavior
- Engage directly with private credit managers (GPs) to align product direction and roadmap priorities
- Ensure platform capabilities meet the needs of diverse investment structures and servicing requirements
- Promote user adoption and ensure long-term product-market fit
- Translate business requirements into detailed, actionable product specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams across the software development lifecycle
- Decompose intricate credit workflows into structured user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
- Serve as the main liaison between domain specialists and technical teams to ensure solutions reflect operational realities
- Specify integrations with fund accounting platforms such as Investran and enterprise data systems
- Develop AI-powered features for document handling and workflow automation
