Responsibilities
- Enable internal teams, partners, and major clients to develop custom applications using modular platform components directly within their own systems, minimizing dependency on engineering support.
- Facilitate direct streaming of processed spatial data into customer BI platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau, or into AI and LLM workflows.
- Shape the strategic direction for headless deployment models, focusing on delivering value through API-first data delivery.
- Design systems that allow operations teams to scale site management by a factor of ten without increasing staff.
- Create a unified interface for real-time monitoring across the full data pipeline, from sensor input to edge processing and cloud connectivity.
- Develop self-correcting infrastructure capable of automatically detecting and resolving issues, including service restarts, remote firmware updates, and sensor recalibration.
- Establish a robust framework for generating precise, meaningful metrics on system performance, status, and security posture.
- Ensure end-to-end real-time observability, tracking metrics from sensor temperature and edge device load to cloud API response times.
