5+ years in Product Management
preferably in B2B SaaS, retention, monetization, growth, or customer lifecycle environments
Experience operating at a Senior+ level of scope and influence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes behind adoption and churn challenges
Proven ability to design and execute cross-functional growth initiatives
Strong discovery background: customer interviews, behavioral analysis, funnel analysis, hypothesis generation
Experience working with customer lifecycle, retention, activation, or expansion motions
Ability to size opportunities and prioritize initiatives by business impact
Experience collaborating with Customer Success, GTM, PMM, and Product organizations
Comfort working with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
Fluent English (C1+)
