The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the Co-founder and CPO at Kayzen, defining product vision and roadmap for key features while leading end-to-end delivery. This high-visibility role requires translating customer needs into intuitive workflows that drive measurable customer and business outcomes within a globally distributed team.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision & roadmap
- Own the roadmap for your product area
- Prioritize initiatives that deliver clear value and align with company strategy
- Work closely with engineering, design, data and customer success to translate customer needs into technically feasible, well-scoped features
- Accelerate execution quality and pace
- Define success metrics (adoption, engagement, business impact)
- Run experiments and use analytics to validate hypothesis and guide iteration
- Dive into technical and business problems as needed
- Own tradeoffs and make disciplined prioritization decisions
