Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leaders and department leaders to establish and convey the strategic direction for new tools and systems that improve organizational performance.
- Convert high-level business objectives into practical product initiatives that match technology capabilities with company goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial research and requirement collection through deployment, integration into workflows, and ongoing refinement.
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout project execution.
- Evaluate current operational workflows to find potential for automation and enhancement, then redesign and deploy improved processes.
- Work alongside product designers, developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and independently manage specialized or short-term projects.
