Octopus Deploy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Identity team, reporting to Iryna Melnyk, Product Director. In this role, you'll shape the future of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) across Octopus Cloud and Self-hosted platforms, ensuring a secure, seamless, and user-friendly experience for over 4,000 global customers. This is a remote-first role based in Australia or New Zealand, with a sustainable, transparent, and collaborative culture.
What You'll Do
- Set the product direction for Customer Identity and Access Management at Octopus, aligning business objectives, security and compliance needs, and customer experience.
- Transform Octopus’s Access Management capabilities across Octopus Cloud and Octopus Self-host, driving enterprise-ready capabilities such as SSO, SAML, SCIM, etc.
- Collaborate with your team, Security and GRC partners and Revenue stakeholders in thinking big, unifying the technical vision, customer needs, and business goals to shape the solutions and take them to market.
- Inspire and excite the team to do the best work of their careers through stories of the purpose and impact of their work.
What We're Looking For
- Has experience in the identity and access management space
- Has worked on an Enterprise/B2B SaaS product supporting complex requirements like compliance policies, DLP, and role-based access
- Is comfortable managing a technical product, including a balance of aspects such as user experience, security, and scalability
- Has a highly collaborative approach and creates alignment within the organisation across decision-makers, influencers and peers
- Represents your product, always looking for opportunities to improve engagement and support customer success

Compensation: Maturing: $175k AUD / $185k NZD, Performing: $195k AUD / $205k NZD, with stock options. Salaries exclude Super and KiwiSaver.
