Softr is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Growth)

About the Role

Softr is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Growth) who is deeply user-obsessed and excited to help shape the future of no-code. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to identify pain points, build intuitive solutions, and continuously iterate on our core product experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users (think: creators, operations teams, small businesses, and startups).
  • Prioritize features that deliver impact, balancing customer needs with business goals.
  • Define clear product specs and collaborate closely with designers and engineers.
  • Analyze user behavior and product metrics to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth product releases and cohesive messaging.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in a Product Management role — ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or agency environment.
  • Experience in planning and conducting qualitative or quantitative research, such as in-depth interviews or surveys, to deeply understand customers and their problems.
  • Can drive insights and actionable recommendations based on data for the business and product roadmap.
  • Able to identify and prioritize strategic and tactical product topics that will have the most impact on Softr's business and customers.
  • Able to drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity.
  • Deep expertise in working with go-to-market teams, and especially engineering teams to deliver value.
