Spellbook is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the long-term product vision for enterprise clients, aligning complex customer demands with organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and scale enterprise-specific capabilities such as access controls, workflow automation, data governance, and third-party integrations.
  • Gain in-depth insight into the needs of enterprise stakeholders, including legal, IT, procurement, and executive teams, and convert those insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and technical teams to guide enterprise clients through sales cycles, onboarding, and ongoing account growth.
  • Oversee and prioritize engagements with Forward Deployed Engineering, ensuring custom solutions support immediate deals while feeding learnings back into core product development.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators specific to enterprise success, such as product adoption, retention, revenue expansion, and time-to-value, using data to inform product direction.
  • Lead structured feedback programs with major enterprise accounts, including executive reviews, co-design initiatives, and beta testing cycles.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support enterprise product objectives.
