LeoVegas Group is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Data

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic direction and roadmap for data products, ensuring consistency with organizational goals.
  • Collect and interpret business needs from stakeholders, converting them into clear user stories and acceptance standards.
  • Prioritize data product backlogs by assessing business impact, technical viability, and strategic alignment through refinement workshops.
  • Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of data solutions.
  • Partner with business units to define data needs, uphold quality standards, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of data products, from ideation and design through deployment and iterative enhancement based on feedback.
  • Track and assess data product performance using metrics to guide optimization and future development.
  • Act as the main liaison for business stakeholders on new features, providing regular updates on progress, obstacles, and achievements.
  • Promote internal adoption of data products via training, demonstrations, and communication to ensure alignment with user expectations.
  • Stay informed on advancements in data technologies, analytics methods, and industry trends.
  • Guide and develop junior product managers and team members in agile practices, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience managing complex products, preferably in fast-moving or regulated sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Science, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of data warehousing, ETL workflows, and data modeling principles.
  • Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record in leadership, mentoring, and managing organizational change.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills for problem resolution.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Background in the iGaming sector.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and their integration into data products.
  • Hold relevant certifications in product management or data analytics.
