Responsibilities
- Identify and clarify customer needs, both addressed and unmet, to guide innovation and improve customer outcomes
- Analyze market dynamics, including trends, competitor activity, data insights, and customer research, to inform product strategy and roadmap planning
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback, product ideas, and performance metrics to enhance satisfaction and guide development priorities
- Manage backlog prioritization, define measurable success outcomes, make trade-off decisions, and guide engineering and UX teams toward optimal customer-centric designs
- Support product release and launch activities by collaborating cross-functionally with marketing to shape product messaging, packaging, and supporting materials
- Lead engagement with customers and stakeholders during critical product challenges and develop compelling value propositions for broad audiences such as public relations, sales, and marketing
- Track and analyze product usage and adoption data to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
