Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex backend initiatives that form the foundation of our risk platform.
- Take ownership of maintaining and evolving the internal libraries and shared components consumed by multiple teams, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and well-documented.
- Contribute directly to the architectural design and scaling of our risk assessment services, ensuring they meet high standards for performance, reliability, and data consistency.
- Work as a key technical partner with multiple stakeholders—including Product, FinCrime, and other engineering teams—to deliver robust, cross-functional solutions.
Requirements
- Experienced Senior Backend Engineer
- Key technical voice in leading and contributing to impactful, cross-functional engineering initiatives
- Drive critical system architecture and technical design decisions
- Ensure high service standards by monitoring and optimizing system performance
- Actively participate in strategic planning, shaping the product roadmap and defining the future evolution of the platform
