Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in relevant software engineering projects
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit, and are excited to use your technical skills to positively impact business outcomes
- Write clean, reliable code across a variety of platforms
- Have significant professional experience working with one or more of the following: Python, React (or similar frontend framework), Postgres (or a similar relational database)
- Are naturally collaborative, curious, and communicative, and enjoy ideating with product, marketing, and other engineering teams as much as you love writing code
- Are motivated by our mission to help people improve their financial lives, and achieve homeownership

Structure: The Rocket Ready team helps clients improve their readiness for homeownership, through a collaboration between Rocket Money and Rocket Mortgage. We build technology and solutions that empower both our clients, and the internal teams who work directly with them.
Additional Information
- Salary range of $150,000 - $185,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
