InnoCraft is looking for a Senior Product Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and focus on SaaS innovation. You will be instrumental in designing and building the core of our product platform, working fully remotely from anywhere within Germany.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable SaaS product features and core systems.
- Translate complex product requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define architecture and engineering best practices.
- Lead technical initiatives from concept through to production deployment.
- Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and developer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Engineer building and scaling SaaS products.
- Strong background in software architecture, system design, and cloud-native development.
- Expertise in modern backend technologies and distributed systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and make high-impact technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, product-focused mindset.
- Legal right to work in Germany.
