About the Role
This position involves leading the design direction for core product features, conducting research to inform decisions, and working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for new features and product enhancements
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
- Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders and users
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in usability testing and interpret results
- Refine visual design to align with brand and usability goals
- Present design concepts to cross-functional partners
- Iterate on designs based on data and feedback
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design solutions
- Drive consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Balance user needs with business objectives
- Define interaction patterns for complex workflows
- Support product launches with polished design assets
- Contribute to strategic planning for long-term vision

Compensation
$130,000 - $160,000 per year
Work Arrangement
Remote with occasional team meetups
