Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong collaborations with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful and intuitive user experiences.
• Lead the full design lifecycle—from initial hypothesis through to implementation—advocating for user empathy and grounding solutions in user needs.
• Translate complex requirements and research findings into clear insights, using structured frameworks and collaborative workshops to generate diverse concepts and prototypes.
• Test design concepts iteratively with end users to enable rapid learning, early validation, and course correction.
• Demonstrate deep commitment to design excellence by contributing to shared standards, documentation, and processes that elevate team-wide design quality.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to identify, prioritize, plan and execute efficient and engaging user experiences with high-impact.
• Own and facilitate the entire design process from hypothesis to implementation and everything that entails, championing empathy for our users and letting their needs guide your solutions.
• Interpret and distill complex requirements and insights, facilitate collaborative workshops and use frameworks to produce multiple concepts and prototypes, testing them with our end users in order to fail fast and learn quickly.
• Care deeply about your craft, helping develop design standards, documentation, and processes alongside your peers in order to enhance our design practices and raise the bar of everything we do.
• Excite everyone about the work you do and constantly identify opportunities to elevate the value of UX across the team and org.
