Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in either interaction design or visual design
- Show ongoing commitment to advancing UX knowledge and capabilities
- Collaborate closely with UX leadership and cross-functional teams including product management, project management, and engineering
- Clearly communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to both internal teams and clients
- Adapt efficiently to shifting priorities and project scope changes
- Engage actively in UX processes and team rituals
- Recognize potential project risks and escalate them appropriately
- Support the development and delivery of client-facing presentations
- Assist in designing and organizing workshop sessions
- Propose enhancements to existing design tools and workflows
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented, cooperative work environment
- Stay informed about industry developments, design trends, and emerging technologies like AI to inform future project direction
- Have hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for front-end web development
