About the Role
This role involves shaping the vision and execution of product design for a suite of tools centered on agentic systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for complex product features
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to define product requirements
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Translate technical constraints into intuitive user experiences
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Define and maintain design system components and guidelines
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Iterate on feedback from users, peers, and leadership
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design outputs
- Work within agile development cycles
- Balance business goals with user-centered design principles
- Identify opportunities for innovation within the product suite
- Drive consistency across multiple touchpoints and platforms
- Support the development of product documentation and specifications
- Partner with UX researchers to plan and conduct studies
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Contribute to long-term product strategy and roadmap planning
- Facilitate design critiques and collaborative sessions
- Integrate feedback from cross-functional teams efficiently
- Ensure designs align with brand standards and voice
- Optimize interfaces for performance and usability
- Champion design thinking across the organization
Nice to Have
