Responsibilities
- Design from research and discovery through wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications
- Translate complex technical workflows such as charging, maintenance, and configuration into simple and elegant user experiences
- Balance big-picture systems design with pixel-level attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers as a partner in shaping products
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams who use these tools
- Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems across near-aircraft applications
- Rapidly prototype and test ideas to validate decisions early
- Measure usability and adoption to drive continuous improvement
- Leverage AI as part of your own design and prototyping workflows to accelerate delivery, and explore opportunities to incorporate AI into end-user solutions
