Responsibilities
- Define the long-term design direction for a product domain and align it with organizational objectives.
- Transform user requirements into intuitive user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Maintain and enhance the existing design system by expanding or refining reusable components as needed.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to explore and address real user challenges.
- Design and conduct user research studies, extract meaningful insights, and guide strategic planning.
- Articulate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and provide actionable peer feedback.
- Maintain high standards for visual and interactive consistency within the product area, flagging issues early.
- Support the evolution of design practices, tools, and team ceremonies to improve efficiency.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and design-led problem solving across the organization.

Work Schedule
- Fully remote position with workdays Monday through Friday. Expected availability typically falls between 7/8 a.m. and 3/4 p.m. PT or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, allowing for some flexibility.
- Occasional early-morning meetings may be necessary to coordinate with colleagues across time zones.
