About the Role
This role involves shaping the design direction of digital products by conducting user research, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and working closely with product managers and developers to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes for new features and product enhancements
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Advocate for user needs and champion design consistency
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with marketing and brand teams to align visual identity
- Support user onboarding and experience optimization
- Identify opportunities for design improvements through analytics
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
