Responsibilities
- Leverage artificial intelligence to investigate challenges, uncover edge cases, validate concepts, and produce initial prototypes, using AI as a tool while maintaining control over direction, framework, and quality.
- Lead the full-cycle design of core features across digital products and user experiences.
- Develop visually strong, unified design solutions that enhance usability and engagement.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams such as Product, Engineering, Content, and Research to align on goals and execution.
- Support the growth and refinement of the organization's design system.
- Establish and uphold high standards for design quality and product excellence within the team.
