About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from concept to launch
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Define and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements
- Work alongside engineers during implementation phases
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback from users and team members
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met
- Drive consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Translate business goals into intuitive user flows
- Advocate for user needs throughout the development cycle
- Contribute to roadmap planning and sprint activities

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Optimize existing interfaces based on user behavior
- Participate in design critiques and reviews
