The Senior Process Transformation Professional will lead the Service Delivery Process transformation for Maersk Ground Freight (MGF) and Maersk E-Commerce (MEC), driving cost-efficient, compliant, and scalable operations. This role is central to shaping modern platform design and delivering first-class technical solutions in a global logistics environment through collaboration across cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute work placement strategies (functions/FTEs) through regional or GSC centralization
- Develop business cases including cost savings, transition costs, and ramp-up plans
- Lead wave planning, knowledge transfer, hypercare, and operational readiness
- Define and execute transformation roadmap for MGF and MEC (standardization, digitization, AI, automation)
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact vs feasibility
- Track and ensure value realization
- Design end-to-end L2–L5 TO-BE processes across LtA, OTC, SvD, STP
- Define service catalogue, access matrix, and segregation of duties (SoD)
- Develop UAT scenarios aligned with processes, systems, and user personas
- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and requirement clarification
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business goals
- Orchestrate multi-vendor delivery and ensure integration alignment
- Monitor vendor performance against defined outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, Process, PEX, and Platform teams
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional process mindset, with Lean Six Sigma thinking
- The Maersk Way/Black Belt certification mandatory
- Understanding of Business strategy and ability to interpret and apply the strategy to own scope
- Experience in running, operating, and improving core systems and/or processes
- Customer centricity, GSC, Area/Region, and Maersk Eco-system experience
- Ability to map processes, understand Variations, and ability to fix processes through process controls
- Open-minded, strategic thinker able to challenge traditional reasoning and roll sleeves to find a solution with a strong outcome focus
- Ability to stimulate creative ideas and perspectives
- Excellent Senior stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
- Technical acumen and growth mindset, up to date and nimble in pivoting to recent technology trends (Such as AI)
- Ability to take ownership of complex products and make effective prioritization decisions
Nice to Have
- Past experience in Work-placement or cost reduction initiatives is a plus
- Project management experience and attention to detail, past experience of working for the OP initiatives is a plus
