About the Role

This position leads the design and implementation of advanced platform solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure technical excellence and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design for large-scale platform implementations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable and secure technical solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practices
  • Mentor senior technical staff and influence cross-functional teams
  • Drive innovation in solution design and delivery methodologies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers during transformation initiatives
  • Evaluate client requirements and translate them into technical strategies
  • Ensure solutions align with industry standards and platform roadmaps
  • Participate in pre-sales activities to support complex opportunity assessments
  • Develop reference architectures and reusable solution patterns
  • Lead technical discussions with executive-level stakeholders
  • Oversee integration of platform solutions with existing enterprise systems
  • Promote adoption of platform features through strategic enablement
  • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across implementation lifecycles
  • Maintain deep expertise in platform evolution and emerging technologies
