Responsibilities

- Mentor senior technical staff and influence cross-functional teams
- Drive innovation in solution design and delivery methodologies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers during transformation initiatives
- Evaluate client requirements and translate them into technical strategies
- Ensure solutions align with industry standards and platform roadmaps
- Participate in pre-sales activities to support complex opportunity assessments
- Develop reference architectures and reusable solution patterns
- Lead technical discussions with executive-level stakeholders
- Oversee integration of platform solutions with existing enterprise systems
- Promote adoption of platform features through strategic enablement
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across implementation lifecycles
- Maintain deep expertise in platform evolution and emerging technologies
