Responsibilities
- Gain deep insight into customer business drivers and decision-making motivations
- Link technology solutions, including product portfolios and ecosystem offerings, to tangible business results
- Collaborate with account managers, specialists, and channel partners to deliver a unified customer experience and drive revenue expansion
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in storage systems, distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive solutions across DAS, NAS, and SAN environments
- Lead technical evaluations, performance benchmarks, and system configuration processes
- Deliver compelling technical product and architecture presentations to secure client commitments
- Translate customer business requirements into tailored, innovative solutions that support growth and scalability
- Identify and initiate opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance validation testing
- Facilitate joint technology and product roadmap discussions between teams and partners
- Work with product and technical marketing to develop supporting materials such as whitepapers and web presentations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive offerings and ensure accurate, differentiated positioning in all materials
- Adapt to evolving market dynamics and competition to advance internal thought leadership
- Demonstrate company values through actions, including persistence, creativity, collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric focus
