Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer teams at all levels, from technical developers to executive leadership, to shape professional services strategy and support successful deployment and onboarding.
- Partner with clients during sales and pre-sales stages to define comprehensive deployment and implementation plans that align with business objectives.
- Define project scope and develop outcome-driven proposals, including negotiation of master service agreements, statements of work, and partner contracts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project requirements, timelines, costs, and expected benefits, managing the full engagement lifecycle to achieve business results.
- Drive achievement of key performance indicators including professional services bookings, team utilization, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within assigned accounts.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve internal and customer escalations and project risks by coordinating across technical, business, and executive teams.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing, diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships within the organization to support service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate regularly with product, engineering, and sales teams to refine engagement models, promote innovation, and expand service maturity.
- Enhance customer success and platform adoption across regional accounts by building strategic relationships with delivery partners and understanding their capabilities.
