- Platform Builder: You design solutions that enhance developer productivity and reduce friction, applying best practices like DDD, 12-Factor App principles, and modern API design. Skilled in building internal platforms, developer tooling, and paved paths on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
- Automation Advocate: Skilled in automating workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Observability Believer: You ensure developers have actionable insights into their applications through seamless integration of observability tooling (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Datadog) into the platform.
- Ownership is your middle name: You have a strong sense of ownership for platform performance, proactively addressing issues and striving for long-term scalability and resilience.
- Collaborative Thinker: A team player who works effectively with developers and cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver impactful yet simple solutions.
