Responsibilities
- Architect and implement MCP servers that safely expose platform functions as scoped tools for AI agents and developer assistants, while contributing to enterprise patterns for agentic systems, LLM integrations, and knowledge management frameworks.
- Create structured, automated workflows for platform operations including incident response, deployment checks, configuration fixes, and resource planning, integrating AI-assisted code reviews and development tools with validation and human oversight points.
- Integrate LLM-driven features into internal tooling using structured prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, output verification, and evaluation systems, while deploying gateway and routing logic to manage model usage, costs, and monitoring.
- Lead the design and evolution of GitOps-driven continuous delivery pipelines, Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS EKS, and infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Enhance system observability and reliability through SLOs, error budgeting, telemetry collection, and automation to reduce detection and resolution times for incidents.
- Expand the developer control plane by introducing guided workflows, assessment scorecards, and self-service capabilities for streamlined platform interaction.
- Track and analyze platform costs across compute, monitoring, and AI/LLM usage, building FinOps automation to identify inefficiencies and guide cost-conscious engineering decisions.
- Establish measurable success criteria early and conduct time-boxed experiments to assess improvements in developer velocity, system reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Produce clear documentation on usage guidelines, architectural patterns, and recommended practices to ensure consistent adoption of AI-enhanced workflows.
