The Founder (Maruan) brings strategy, messaging & creative power. You'll build the performance machine that delivers predictable leads & revenue every month. Your Responsibilities 1. Paid Ads – Meta This is your playground. You'll own: - Campaign setup, testing, scaling - Creative testing & performance angles - Budget management in high six-figure range - Retargeting & full-funnel strategies - Daily optimization according to KPIs - Hypotheses & experiments When your ads perform → the company grows. When the company grows → success belongs to you. 2. Funnel Building & Optimization (FunnelCockpit) We use FunnelCockpit as central tool. You're responsible for: - Building new funnels - Optimizing existing customer journeys - A/B Testing - Copy + structure (base by you, fine-tuning with Maruan) - Technical implementation and clean automation - Tracking structure (Pixel, Events, GA4, UTMs) You're not building "landing pages". You're building the revenue engine. 3. Tracking & Analytics You'll ensure we: - Have genuine performance tracking - Know every number - Uncover every bottleneck - Make data-based decisions No black box. No "I believe". Only clarity → scaling. 4. Creative Collaboration You'll work closely with Maruan & our videographer: - You'll specify which creatives we need - Videographer delivers videos - You test and iterate - Joint brainstorming sessions with Maruan You bring the data.
