Responsibilities
- Partner with technology and product leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
- Guide organizational design and structural changes during periods of growth
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and development planning
- Coach leaders on effective feedback, team dynamics, and conflict resolution
- Lead change initiatives with emphasis on communication and employee engagement
- Identify talent gaps and work with teams to create development plans
- Collaborate on recruitment strategies for technical and product roles
- Advocate for employee experience improvements across departments
- Drive engagement efforts through data analysis and targeted programming
- Facilitate leadership development programs tailored to technical environments
- Promote inclusive practices and support diversity initiatives
- Monitor workforce trends and recommend proactive people solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor during sensitive employee relations matters
- Partner on compensation and leveling discussions with HR and leadership
- Support onboarding and integration of new team members
- Champion company values within technology and product teams
- Lead pulse survey follow-up actions and track progress over time
- Provide insights on team health and organizational effectiveness
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment
- Stay current on industry trends in people management and tech workplaces
