Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders across EMEA, delivering end-to-end support through all stages of the employee lifecycle, including HR systems guidance, policy clarification, benefits administration, and compliance, while upholding global standards and employee satisfaction.
- Serve as a technical and strategic expert in core People systems—primarily Workday—leading configuration, testing, documentation, user training, and change adoption to ensure system effectiveness and reliability.
- Support the development and rollout of new HR programs and initiatives across the EMEA region, driving change management and ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement.
- Lead process optimization efforts by identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual work, and enhancing accuracy and operational efficiency within People Operations.
- Partner with regional and global HR teams to maintain consistent practices, share knowledge, and promote continuous improvement across the People function.
