Responsibilities
- Act as a primary contact for staff, addressing workplace concerns with empathy while prioritizing issues based on urgency and organizational impact
- Monitor and analyze key People metrics such as quality of hire and turnover to identify patterns and guide decision-making
- Lead the performance review process, support goal setting, and assist in shaping career development paths
- Maintain Rippling as the central, accurate system for all employee data, including international employees hired via EOR or US PEO arrangements
- Use artificial intelligence to streamline routine tasks and contribute to training and managing AI tools within People systems
- Design and implement programs that improve employee engagement and workplace culture, including local meetups and social activities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, relocations, immigration support, and leave management across regions
- Ensure all People-related policies and practices adhere to employment regulations in Canada, the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom
- Collaborate with Talent to shape competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that attract and retain high-performing individuals
- Assist with additional projects and duties as needed
