TBAuctions & Surplex is hiring a Senior People Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the people operations team.
  • Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyze people operations metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage the performance management process.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee development and training.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Develop and implement strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Analyze people operations metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
