About the Role
The Senior Pega Developer will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Pega applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Pega applications aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine specifications
- Implement integration points between Pega and external systems
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Lead code reviews and contribute to technical best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Support deployment activities across multiple environments
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
Nice to Have
- Experience with Pega 8.x or higher
- Background in financial services or government projects
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements
- Agile or Scrum methodology experience
