Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle biweekly payroll processing in the U.S. for salaried and hourly staff, including daily cycles for non-qualified stock options.
- Gather and verify payroll inputs from various systems, ensuring data completeness and correctness prior to each run.
- Address employee payroll questions promptly using Jira, adhering to service level agreements and identifying root causes to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to implement employee data changes and validate payroll accuracy.
- Oversee timecard monitoring and reconciliation to align timekeeping systems with payroll records.
- Identify and support process enhancements by pursuing automation and efficiency improvements in payroll operations.
