About the Role
This position leads the implementation and consulting efforts for payment solutions, ensuring clients successfully adopt and integrate services. The role involves managing complex projects, advising on best practices, and serving as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of payment systems for financial and non-financial clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with client needs
- Provide expert guidance on payment processing workflows and system integration
- Serve as primary point of contact during implementation timelines
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical plans
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time go-live
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess client capabilities and readiness
- Develop implementation roadmaps tailored to client environments
- Support testing phases including system integration and user acceptance
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during rollout
- Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams
- Maintain documentation for configurations and implementation processes
- Monitor project risks and proactively address potential delays
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams for issue resolution
- Advocate for client needs in cross-functional discussions
- Report progress to stakeholders through regular status updates
- Drive adoption of best practices in payments implementation
- Work closely with sales to support pre-contract solution scoping
- Assist in refining implementation methodologies based on feedback
- Support post-implementation reviews and transition to operations
