Workato is hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of partners with a focus on scaling their practice maturity and delivering strong results for joint customers.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational structure, service offerings, and end-to-end delivery methodologies.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and ongoing health assessments for partners.
  • Guide partners through internal processes including certifications, co-delivery models, and product updates.
  • Support partners in winning strategic deals by refining proposals and coordinating internal alignment on delivery plans.
  • Oversee all partner-led projects, stepping in to resolve at-risk initiatives and ensuring performance metrics are tracked.
  • Foster tight collaboration between partners and internal customer-facing teams such as Customer Success and Sales.
  • Act as the internal champion and subject matter expert for assigned partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal inquiries about partner capabilities, case studies, and performance data.
  • Identify and log opportunities to engage partners, coordinating with internal teams to evaluate fit and manage onboarding.
  • Advocate for partner needs within the organization while maintaining accountability and customer-first focus.
  • Guide internal teams on best practices and compliance within partner success frameworks.
  • Lead the rollout of new programs and ensure key stakeholders are informed and prepared.
  • Support leadership in building out the partner success function and related initiatives.
  • Help design new programs, develop operational processes, and maintain performance tracking systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Provide support to partners outside the core portfolio as needed.
  • Deliver both individualized and scalable support for partners without dedicated management.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with teams such as Sales, Enablement, and Professional Services.
  • Stay current on product developments and market positioning.
  • Attend in-person events when required.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS environments, ideally 8+ years in roles related to Partner Success, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Partner Sales.
  • Proven background in Professional Services, including practice development, service scoping, pricing, SOW creation, project management, and delivery oversight.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise or global partners, with understanding of partner revenue models and co-delivery frameworks.
  • Technical familiarity with iPaaS or enterprise orchestration platforms to evaluate integration project plans and timelines.
  • Hands-on experience in software implementation, system architecture, or related technical roles.
  • Ability to coach and guide others in implementing best practices.
  • Experience designing, launching, and driving adoption of new programs or processes across teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative in contributing to team growth and operational scalability.
  • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and acting on performance data and metrics.
  • Highly execution-oriented, self-directed, and detail-focused with a consistent track record of delivery.
  • Reliable under pressure with a strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, analysis, and communication.
  • Confident in leading executive discussions, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining key relationships.
  • Quick to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments.
