Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partners with a focus on expanding and advancing their capabilities using the platform.
- Ensure joint customers receive consistent, high-value results through partner-led initiatives.
- Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders in partner organizations.
- Serve as a strategic consultant on organizational design, service offerings, and end-to-end delivery frameworks.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and ongoing performance assessments with partners.
- Assist partners in navigating internal processes such as certifications, co-delivery models, and product updates.
- Support partners in securing key opportunities by refining proposals and aligning internal teams on delivery plans.
- Oversee all partner-led projects, stepping in on at-risk engagements and ensuring performance metrics are monitored.
- Foster alignment between partners and internal account teams including customer success, sales, and services.
- Drive the development and scalability of partners’ internal practices around the platform.
- Ensure excellence in project execution for shared customers.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert and champion for assigned partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal inquiries about partner capabilities, track records, case studies, and performance data.
- Identify and log potential collaboration opportunities, coordinating with internal groups to evaluate fit and manage onboarding.
- Advocate for partner needs within the company while maintaining accountability and customer-first focus.
- Guide internal teams on partner success protocols and ensure adherence to processes.
- Lead the rollout of new programs and ensure relevant teams are informed and trained.
- Assist leadership in developing the partner success function and related initiatives.
- Help design new programs, establish operational workflows, and maintain performance tracking systems.
- Maintain data integrity in systems to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Provide support to partners outside the primary portfolio as needed.
- Deliver targeted or broad-based assistance to partners without dedicated management.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams such as Partner Sales, Enablement, Sales, and Professional Services.
- Stay current on product features, roadmap, and market positioning.
- Attend in-person events when required.

This role reports to the Director & Global Head of Partner Success and collaborates with partner-facing teams including Partner Sales, Enablement, Experience, and Operations, as well as internal departments such as Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
