Job Title: (Senior) Partner Manager (m/f/d) - Remote

The Senior Partner Manager plays a key role in growing Xentral’s strategic partner ecosystem across Europe. In this remote-first position, you will manage the entire partner lifecycle—from identifying and acquiring new partners to closing agreements and ensuring long-term success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full acquisition process for new strategic partners, from identification to contract closure.
  • Proactively identify and engage agencies aligned with Xentral’s strategic goals.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and business cases based on partner needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and partner tier classifications independently.
  • Represent Xentral at E-Commerce and partner events across Europe to expand networks and visibility.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data (preferably HubSpot) for your partner pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or partner management, preferably in B2B SaaS, ERP, or E-Commerce agencies.
  • Proven track record in building strategic partnerships or closing revenue-generating deals.
  • Strong skills in value-based selling, deal structuring, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent relationship management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline/KPI management.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and German (C2).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role with full remote flexibility across Europe or from office hubs in Augsburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, and Lohne (Oldenburg).
