Responsibilities
- Design and configure functional solutions aligned with global business process needs.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of organization-wide business workflows.
- Implement changes across key Oracle financial and supply chain modules including Accounts Receivable, Advance Collections, Receivables, Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
- Create essential project documentation such as configuration guides, requirements specifications, functional designs, conversion plans, test cases, and training materials.
- Analyze the impact of system changes including patches, scripts, data corrections, and change requests.
- Propose enhancements to both technical and functional aspects of business processes.
- Develop comprehensive test plans for system updates, break fixes, and change implementations to ensure full coverage and relevance.
- Build and deliver RICEW components that meet organizational coding standards, performance benchmarks, and business expectations.
- Produce technical design, conversion, deployment plans, and unit testing scripts.
- Manage deployment of technical changes across all environments from development to production.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across workstreams to ensure alignment and reuse of shared RICEW objects.
- Assist in resolving production issues by supporting root cause analysis and knowledge sharing to enhance service quality.
- Conduct code reviews for change requests developed by technical resources.
- Operate within a global DevOps model, simultaneously managing change requests and incident resolutions.
- Adapt to either waterfall or agile delivery methods such as Scrum or Kanban based on project needs.
- Grant peer approval for User Acceptance Testing and production releases of change requests.
- Follow global incident management procedures, including adherence to a follow-the-sun support model.
- Contribute constructively in team meetings to improve application quality and strengthen team capabilities.
